Ceramics.

Shapes, contrasts and colours.

They fascinate me and bring me a fountain of inspiration. To create an object in clay is a passion.

It is my way to express my feelings and dreams.

Sometimes the picture is clear; the object is already in the clay. At othertimes I have to work hard to create what's in my mind, or even let the picture go before I can start.

Although things don't always work out as I planned.

I know I can always start again. With clay you can.

Fabric art.

Summers can be too warm to work with clay, but inspiration keeps flowing.

I discover my fabrics all over again.The pictures in my head express themselves in little stories; fabric paintings arise.

Ideas keep on coming.

Fabric-art has become my second passion..

Sometimes I can combine fabric and clay, they intensify each other.

It is satisfying and necessary for me to work with both materials. To clear my head and be aware of all my thoughts.

New ideas are already born, while I'm still finishing the last one.

I live in beautiful surroundings.
